About the Role

As a 5G & Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Direct Sales Executive, you'll find potential customers, pitch our innovative broadband products, and close sales while ensuring proper customer registration and onboarding.

**Locations**: Ibadan, PH, Benin, Ado-Odo/Ota, Warri

**Salary**: N150,000 fixed + mobility allowance + lots of commissions

**Department**: Home Broadband - HBB Sales

**Reports to**: 5G & FWA Sales Supervisor

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed sales targets (4+ gross adds weekly, 20+ monthly)
  • Canvass territories to present products and generate 10+ prospects daily
  • Demonstrate product features and conduct experience tests at customer premises
  • Complete customer contracts and handle KYC registration
  • Attend daily gate meetings and share best practices
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates
  • Conduct monthly demo sales to team members
  • Ensure effective product merchandising in the trade

What You'll Need

  • Business Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year experience with a telecom is preferred
  • Strong sales abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and strong personal ethics
  • Self-motivation and results-driven attitude

Success Metrics

  • 4+ gross adds per week (20+ per month)
  • 10+ prospects per day (50+ per week)
  • 25 days attendance at daily gate meetings per month
  • 1 demo sale to team per month
